Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all Flo & Frankie tags still attached.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package & Post

  Carefully pack your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to send the parcel to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
